Privacy policy

Türkçe özet ↓

Pedal Home and this game website are provided by Vola Labs. Contact us about personal data at info@volalabs.com. This notice explains the current iPhone/iPad game and games.volalabs.co.uk. No game account is required.

What stays on your device

Mission progress, stars, coins, unlocks, equipped items and settings are saved locally to run the game. The game does not ask for your name, contacts, precise GPS location, photos or microphone access. It has no player chat or user-content sharing. Vola Labs does not operate a cloud-save account for this game. Deleting the app can remove local progress; device backups are controlled by your Apple settings.

Purchases

Apple processes in-app payments. The app verifies transaction identifiers and product entitlements to provide purchases and prevent duplicate coin credits. We do not receive your card number. Apple purchase records are governed by Apple's privacy policy. Permanent purchases can be restored with the same Apple Account; restoring does not refill spent consumable coins.

Optional ads and consent

Google AdMob supplies optional rewarded ads. The game requests non-personalized ads, but these can still involve data processing. Depending on SDK behavior and permissions, Google may process IP addresses and approximate location, device/app identifiers, ad views and interactions, and crash/performance diagnostics for ad delivery, measurement, security and fraud prevention. We do not access your IDFA through an app tracking permission request.

Google's consent system presents applicable choices before ad requests when required. In Settings → Privacy, use Ad privacy choices when available to change your choice. You can play without choosing an ad reward. See Google's privacy policy, how Google uses partner data and Google's iOS SDK disclosure. Apple and Google control their own retention and privacy-request processes.

Optional game diagnostics

The game's own analytics setting is off by default. If enabled, it records a random installation ID and gameplay, shop, purchase and reward events, with at most 500 events kept locally. The current release has no Vola Labs analytics upload endpoint, so this queue is not sent to our server. Turning this setting off deletes the local queue and installation ID. Google ad data is separate from this setting. We will update this notice before enabling a first-party analytics upload service.

Support and this website

If you email us, we receive your address and the details or attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer your request and resolve the issue. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary personal information.

This static website adds no advertising pixels, analytics scripts or tracking cookies. The hosting provider, IONOS, may process standard connection logs such as IP address, requested page, time and browser information to deliver and secure the site. Email and hosting providers process the corresponding communications on our behalf.

Purpose, retention and international processing

Where UK/EU data-protection law applies, we use service and purchase information to provide the game and purchases; consent for optional processing where required; and legitimate interests to answer support requests, maintain security and prevent fraud. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests by contacting us. Consent may be withdrawn without changing the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Local data remains until you clear it or remove the app, subject to your device backups. We keep support correspondence only as long as needed to resolve requests, handle related disputes and meet applicable obligations. Provider security logs and Apple/Google records follow their respective retention rules. Providers may process information outside your country, including the US; their notices explain applicable transfer safeguards. Contact us for information about processing relevant to your request.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to certain uses of your data. Email info@volalabs.com. We may need proportionate information to verify a request. No game-account deletion is needed because no account is created. We cannot remotely access a local save, erase Apple's transaction history or restore spent coins by deleting a record.

You can also complain to your local data-protection authority. In the UK, contact the Information Commissioner's Office. Optional ads and diagnostics are not a condition of playing the included missions. The game does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Young players and families

The game contains optional purchases and third-party rewarded ads. It does not ask for a birth date or provide an age-verification service. Parents and guardians should review the App Store age rating, privacy choices and device purchase controls before use. This notice does not represent an age check or parental-consent mechanism. If you believe a child has sent personal information to our support service, contact us so we can address and, where appropriate, delete it.

Updates

Changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. Material changes to collection or optional processing will also be reflected in the app and its available choices.
