Terms of use

Pedal Home is provided by Vola Labs. Contact info@volalabs.com for support. The app is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement; these notes explain the game's purchases and service.

Playing and optional purchases

Hometown's 20 missions are included. Additional content is unlocked through play, virtual coins or the available optional purchases. Prices and exact purchase details appear in Apple's purchase sheet. There are no subscriptions. Premium does not include paid worlds. Advertisements are optional; a reward requires the applicable completion conditions.

Virtual items and saving

Game coins and items are for use within Pedal Home, have no cash-out value and cannot be transferred between players. Permanent Apple purchases can be restored with the same Apple Account. Consumables are credited once; spent coins are not refilled through Restore. Local progress and coin unlocks do not sync between devices and may be lost if app data is removed.

Payments and refunds

Apple processes purchases. Refund requests are handled through Apple's refund service. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights or Apple's applicable terms. Parents and guardians can use Apple's device settings to control purchases.

Fair use and availability

Do not tamper with purchase verification, exploit rewards or redistribute the game or its licensed artwork. Online purchase and advertisement services require a connection and may be unavailable. Game content may be updated as described in release notes.
