A bump in the road?

Email info@volalabs.com. Include your device model, iOS/iPadOS version, game version and the steps that caused the problem. English and Turkish messages are welcome. Please do not send passwords or card details.

Start a ride

Finish or skip the introduction to reach Home. Tap PLAY, review your shopping list, then PLAY again. Swipe left/right to change lanes and up to jump. Optional button controls are in Settings. MAP shows your missions and available worlds.

Restore a permanent purchase

Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase. Open Settings → Purchases, or tap the coin balance to open Shop. Choose Restore purchases at the bottom. Premium, Sunset Colors and permanent world purchases can be restored.

Coins and local progress

Coin packs add 3,000, 10,000 or 25,000 coins once for each verified purchase. Restore does not refill spent coins. Progress and coin-unlocked items do not sync between devices. Avoid deleting the app while investigating missing local progress; contact us first. For an incomplete purchase, reopen the app with a connection and allow Apple transaction verification to finish.

Old world purchases

Harbor Coast now grants Big City, Old Town grants Shopping District and Winter Pines grants Countryside. Use Restore with the original Apple Account before purchasing again.

No ad available or reward missing

Ads depend on the provider, network and privacy choices. If no ad is available, continue without it and try later. Closing an ad before it completes does not earn a reward. For a completed ad with a missing reward, tell us the approximate time, device and what reward you chose.

Refunds

Apple handles payment refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com. Approval is Apple's decision. We do not need your Apple password.

Privacy

Read the privacy policy or email us with “Pedal Home privacy” in the subject. In-game Settings → Privacy contains optional analytics and available ad privacy choices.
